The more you order, the lower your unit price. Setup, dyeing, cutting and machine time are largely fixed per order — at 100 pieces those costs spread across 100 units; at 50,000 they spread across 50,000.

Straight answers.

100 pieces per style. That's per garment type, not per color — though custom-dyed colors carry a 300-piece minimum per color. Stock shades have no color minimum, so you can split a 100-piece order across several colors.

Because a single published number would be wrong for almost everyone. Your unit price depends on fabric weight, construction, colour count, labelling, packaging and shipping terms — five variables that swing the number significantly. A generic price list forces us to quote the worst case. Send us your spec and you'll have an exact written quote the same business day.

No. We make blanks only. That's deliberate — decoration is a different business with different equipment and different quality control. You buy the garment clean and put your own brand on it, or send it to your own decorator.

Because that's how manufacturing actually works. Setup, dyeing, cutting and machine time are largely fixed per order. At 100 pieces those costs spread across 100 units. At 50,000 they spread across 50,000. Nothing about the garment changes — only how the fixed cost divides.

FOB means we get the goods to the origin port and you take over from there — you arrange freight, pay duty and clear customs. It's the cheapest unit price. LDP means we handle all of it and deliver to your door with duty already paid. Higher unit price, zero logistics work on your end. Most first-time importers choose LDP.

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We produce a pre-production sample in your exact fabric, color and construction. Sample cost is quoted separately and credited against your bulk order above a certain volume. Nothing goes into production until you've held it in your hand and approved it.

Send us a Pantone TCX reference, a physical swatch, or pick from our stock library of 180+ shades. We lab-dip the color and send it to you for approval before dyeing the bulk.

Yes. Every order has a client portal where you can see production status, photos of your actual run, your specification and your documents. Ask us to open your account when you place your first order.

Yes — woven neck labels, printed neck tags, hangtags, size strips and individual poly bagging. Your brand ships; ours never appears on the garment. Labeling is quoted as a line item and generally starts at 500 pieces.
